These website terms are separate from any proposal, construction agreement, construction selection, change order, warranty, or other written agreement you may enter into with Elbow Room. If there is any conflict between information on this website and a signed agreement with Elbow Room, the signed agreement controls.
Pricing & estimates
Prices, starting prices, quotes, dimensions, specifications, timelines, allowances, options, and other information shown on this website are provided for general planning purposes and may change.
Our published baseline pricing is intended to include predictable costs common to the applicable Elbow Room model or project type. Property-specific conditions, site work, utility requirements or connections, permits, governmental or utility fees, HOA requirements, engineering, access conditions, upgrades, and other project-specific costs may be additional unless expressly included in writing.
Final pricing and scope are determined after the project requirements and property conditions are evaluated and are confirmed in an Elbow Room proposal or signed agreement.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, contract, guarantee of price, guarantee of project feasibility, or guarantee of availability.
Renderings, photographs & specifications
Renderings, floor plans, photographs, videos, diagrams, dimensions, finish samples, and other visual materials on this website are intended to illustrate Elbow Room designs and possible uses.
Images may include furniture, landscaping, décor, appliances, upgraded finishes, site improvements, or other elements that are not included in the published price or standard scope.
Colors and materials may also appear differently on screen and may vary by manufacturer, availability, installation, and natural material variation.
Dimensions and specifications shown online are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. The final design, dimensions, materials, selections, placement, and construction scope for a purchased project are those identified in the applicable signed project documents.
Property conditions & project feasibility
Every property is different. Access, grading, drainage, soil or rock conditions, trees and landscaping, setbacks, easements, utility locations, existing improvements, electrical capacity, municipal requirements, HOA requirements, and other conditions may affect whether a project can be constructed as shown and may affect its cost or schedule.
Information provided through the website, including preliminary pricing or discussions regarding a particular property, should not be interpreted as confirmation that a project is feasible or approved for that property.
Any responsibilities of Elbow Room or the property owner concerning site preparation, utilities, permits, approvals, access, or other project requirements will be determined by the applicable written agreement.
Permits, HOAs & governmental requirements
Permit and approval requirements vary by project and jurisdiction.
Where Elbow Room is responsible for obtaining permits or assisting with HOA or other approvals, those responsibilities will be identified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Approval decisions and review timelines remain subject to the applicable municipality, utility provider, HOA, or other reviewing authority and cannot be guaranteed by Elbow Room.
Requirements imposed by a governmental agency, utility provider, HOA, engineer, inspector, or other third party may affect the design, scope, cost, or schedule of a project.
Changes & product availability
Construction materials, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and products may change or become unavailable. Elbow Room may substitute reasonably comparable materials or products when necessary, subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement.
Changes requested by a customer after the project scope has been established may affect pricing and schedule and are subject to Elbow Room's change-order process.
Warranty
Elbow Room provides the warranties described in the written agreement and warranty documents applicable to each project. Warranty coverage, exclusions, notice requirements, manufacturer warranties, and warranty periods are governed by those documents.
Information on this website does not expand, replace, or modify the warranty provided under a signed agreement.
Except as expressly provided in an applicable written agreement, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful personal and business-evaluation purposes related to Elbow Room's services.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial use, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Elbow Room does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, pricing, decisions, or performance of third parties.

Liability arising from an Elbow Room construction project or other contracted services is governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than these website terms.
Governing law & disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute arising from an Elbow Room proposal, construction project, warranty, or other contracted service will be governed by the dispute-resolution, venue, and governing-law provisions contained in the applicable signed agreement.
For disputes arising solely from use of this website and not governed by another agreement, venue will lie in Bexar County, Texas, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this website. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
